Hard to say if they will be higher, that is anyone's guess. ?What we do know is that things are picking up now, in my office we are seeing a lot more listings, more listings selling quicker and listings selling for close too if not above the list price. ?I think this is a wonderful time to look at buying a home, but just like anything it won't last forever. ?Please look at my profile and contact if you would like more information about this area.
